Harness assembled in California, USA.
There is no reason to go through life with a strat or strat type with crappy electronics.  Do you have an old MIM, MIJ or other imported Squier, or strat type with the dime sized pots, plastic enclosed five way switch and workmanship that looks like a drunken blind man put it together?  These harnesses are for you!  After I clean and lubricate the pots, I measure and hand choose the right spot to install on the harness for the best performance.
