The PBT is made to fit several of the true vintage Precision, 50's Precision reissues, and Telecaster (Tele)  basses. (Yes, it fits the Fender 60th Anniversary P Bass!)
This requires

ifications to your Bass!
It gives you the range and reach of the classic Fender rest, but without drilling any new holes in your bass!
Easy on - Easy off.....It uses your existing pickguard screw holes on your Bass
(see the pics).

This is made of clear top quality polycarbonate on precision CNC machinery - NOT molded.

Comes with appropriate screws that are slightly longer than your original screws to accommodate the thickness of the thumbrest, so it shouldn't even change the holes in your bass.
One hole in the rest is centered, while the other is slotted allowing for a perfect fit even though the vintage models' hole spacing may vary by up to 5mm.

Please make sure your pickguard screw pattern will allow the Zero-Mod rest to fit:

The PBT1 should fit most
Fender Vintage P' and Tele' Basses,
BUT

Verify that your guard has the screw holes in the same location as the pickguard in the picture, and the same screw-center to screw-center measurement of between 130-135mm.
IT WILL NOT FIT ANY OTHER PATTERN!

This is not a hollow, mass production, molded in China unit, it's
specifically
designed for this bass guard and machined by CNC in small batches here in the USA.
It's solid and has a feel 3D printing and molding can't give you.(IMHO)
